MANAGER PERFORMANCE EVALUATION \u2013 MPE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n The Manager Performance Evaluation (MPE) is a vital part of Ramapo College of New Jersey\u2019s talent management. This evaluation process ensures that individual goals are aligned with the College\u2019s Strategic Plan, Mission, Vision, and Values, while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous growth, and meaningful contribution. At the heart of the MPE process is our shared commitment to “be bold, be kind, and be good teammates.<\/strong>” Further, the process promotes two-way ongoing dialogue between managers, encourages reflective self-assessment, and reinforces Ramapo\u2019s core values: engaged learning and mentoring, holistic development, and respect and inclusiveness.
