A/V Instructions:

To project from the desktop computer in the room:

1. Turn on and log into the computer.
2. Use the projector remote control to turn on the projector.
3. The projector will automatically show the image from the desktop computer.

To project from a laptop:

1. Connect your laptop to the laptop cable provided.
2. Turn on your laptop.
3. Use the projector remote control to turn on the projector.
4. The projector will automatically show the image from the laptop.

To show a dvd from the desktop computer:

1. Open the DVD drive and insert the DVD.
2. Go to File Manager on taskbar on the bottom of the screen.
3. Right click on the DVD drive.
4. Choose 鈥淧lay with VLC media player.鈥�

The volume is controlled by the computer volume controls.
